Government service stamps

Official stamps for government offices appeared on 1 January 1941: twelve values from 30 h to 5 K with a numeral in an oak wreath and the inscription Böhmen und Mähren. They were designed by Antonín Erhardt and printed by letterpress. They were valid until 31 March 1943, but remained in use until 30 June 1943.

The second issue of official stamps, of 15 February 1943, replaced the numeral in an oak wreath with the Reich eagle and the inscription Böhmen und Mähren with Deutsches Reich. The designer was again A. Erhardt and the values stayed the same – twelve from 30 h to 5 K. They were used until 31 December 1944, though formally valid until 16 May 1945.
