Liechtenstein
1912–1918
The principality had no postal service of its own: Austria ran it, and the first stamps of 1912 are inscribed 'K. K. Österr. Post' alongside the Liechtenstein name, denominated in heller and drawn by Koloman Moser. The arrangement lasted until 1921, when Switzerland took the postal service over; the issues shown here stop in 1918, with the monarchy.
