1879–1918
Occupied in 1878 and annexed in 1908, the province was administered by the joint Imperial and Royal Ministry of Finance. Its stamps were issued by the military post: the first, of 1879, carry no inscription at all, and from 1912 they are inscribed 'K.u.K. Militär Post'.
